After I Buy Scotch Box Sealing Tape Dispenser HR80, 2 inIt's rare that a 3M product doesn't work as intended. I've had one of these for several years. I got it when buying a six pack of tape from Costco.
It works OK, but is best for large boxes. It's hard to use with small boxes. I ended up using a box knife to cut the tape. I noticed it started pinching my hand. The handle had cracked in the red area right where the web of my thumb fits.
I'm now using one made by U-Haul that I picked up at one of their moving centers. It's easier to use with small boxes and I think the handle will hold up better. It's no as fancy and is more cheaply made, but I think it's a better product.
