Get the facts before you try to lose weight is very important for your health, mentally and physically. Each person is very different chemically, and some people have medical problems that May or May not allow for weight loss under certain conditions. However, with a little knowledge and experience, you can lose weight safely.
I tried all kinds of weight loss diets, some worked well, but others are not. Unfortunately, keeping weight off is very difficult for me and so I had to get some help in understanding how to do it properly and safely. Of course, my doctor was a big help and since then I was thin for me over the past few years.
So, what you need to know about how to lose weight? Well, crash diets rarely work and starving yourself to lose weight initially, but in the long run you will get it back on quickly. So, what do you do? Have a look at the rules for weight loss:
£ 1 burning fat means you have to drop your food intake and do more exercise
1 pounds of body fat = 3500 calories
to learn how to calculate the basal metabolism to know what your body needs for digestion and breathing
= the rate of the minimum caloric intake per day
to calculate how much activity you need to burn calories through exercise
wear a monitor when you exercise to show the calories burned
track calories you eat at home, eat food cooked from scratch just to not eat or use convenience foods
to keep the food eaten Journal
get a copy of its national food guide for a balanced meal
see a dietitian to get advice
drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to flush out your body fat burned
never skip meals
have their biggest meal in the morning and lowest at night
Reduce intake of caffeine, sugar and saturated / trans fats
get at least one hour of rigorous exercise daily
an alternative type of exercise you do daily (run, walk, cycle, etc.)
get at least 8 hours of good sleep every night
to avoid junk food to snack on raw vegetables and fruits
limit the intake of grains to a minimum recommended
eat more vegetables and fruits
When you want to lose weight, do not underestimate your needs. If you plan your meals around healthy foods and avoid unnecessary snacking, combined with plenty of exercise, you will lose weight gradually and safely. Best of all, you will learn your body fat to muscle for a leaner and fitter body.
